Dr. Jason Clapp was born and raised in Iowa and attended dental school at the Iowa College of Dentistry. He then moved to Texas, which was where he met Dr. Wheeler! In Texas, he completed his pediatric dental residency at Texas A&M- Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Clapp is proud to have been practicing in the community in which he lives for over 18 years now. Dr. Clapp opened his first pediatric dental office in 2002, and opened a second location only 2 years later. With opening 5 practices under his belt, Dr. Clapp is well equipped to help you optimize one of your very own.
Having served in numerous volunteer positions within pediatric dentistry, Dr. Clapp is a passionate about helping others. He is a past board member (and previous president) of the Texas Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Southwest Society of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Clapp is also a former committee member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
When he's not running his practices or helping you grow yours, he can be found spending quality family time with his wife, Jessica (who is also a pediatric dentist), and his two daughters, Anabelle and Charlotte.
Dr Jon Wheeler was born in Houston, but grew up in Whitehouse, TX. He attended college at Texas A&M, where he met his wife. Dr. Wheeler went on to become the class president during his time in dental school at Baylor College of Dentistry and stayed there to complete his residency. After meeting Dr. Clapp during residency, he knew he had made a friend for life.
After finishing his education, Dr. Wheeler moved to Alaska where he gained invaluable experience and decades-worth of crazy stories. (Be sure to ask him to tell you a few!) When he moved back to Texas, he felt that he was prepared for anything that practice ownership could throw his way. Within 3 years of opening his practice, he had reached a production goal that some dentists dream to hit.
Dr. Wheeler was the president of the Brazos Valley Dental Society and the Houston Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. These experiences all helped him quickly learn what makes for a successful business. Outside of dentistry and consulting, he loves to spend time with his two children, as family is very important to him.
